“Possibly the greatest resource I have gained is the expertise and knowledge from the industry guidance team, who appear to have personal ties with every superyacht from Falmouth to Cape Town as well knowing everyone who has ever worked on them. They help graduates find jobs and gain employment in the superyacht world and I have found their help most useful.”  – Superyacht Crew Training Graduate

Recruitment Service

Train with us and gain exclusive access to our free online recruitment service and network of employers, amassed over the last 30 years.

As a career student, you’ll be able to create a profile, upload a CV and apply for suitable jobs from our online job portal. Access to this site is given as part of the UKSA industry guidance programme and the service is available to you throughout your career.

We deal with hundreds of job opportunities each year, and training with us gives you the opportunity to access all of these amazing opportunities, exclusive to our UKSA industry career students. We also run a popular programme of talks by industry professionals and crew agents, giving you the chance to meet potential employers face-to-face.

Networking for you

We have a great network of connections across the industry and thanks to our regular industry talks and networking events you’ll have plenty of chance to meet with potential employers and recruitment agencies.

The on-site accommodation and communal eating and drinking areas make getting to know colleagues and staff easy and many of our graduates leave UKSA with friends and contacts for life. In addition, our campus is located within walking distance of the lively yachting town of Cowes, providing more opportunities to get to know your fellow students and start building up your own network.
