With over seven years of experience, Lauren leads UKSA’s Industry & Careers department, helping students and alumni build long-term maritime careers. She offers 1:1 support, develops industry partnerships, and drives initiatives like UKSA’s Vessel Partnership Offering and Onboard Mental Health Training.

A proud champion of the UKSA Alumni Network, Lauren is passionate about celebrating graduates and fostering community across the industry.
