Whether you want to help with rescue cover at your sailing club or act as an escort, safety boat, or coach boat for racing or training activities, this course will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to keep everyone safe on the water.

About the course

Delivered over two days, this practical course will teach you the skills needed to act as an escort craft, safety boat, or coach boat for a fleet of dinghies, windsurfers, or canoes, for both racing and training activities. The syllabus is taught with a ratio of (6:1) students to instructor.

You’ll also learn advanced boat handling, as well as rescue techniques for dinghies, windsurfers, canoes and towing.

This is an all-inclusive course, all of your food and accommodation is included for the duration of the training.
