Our purpose build water-front campus is the ideal base for groups wishing to make the most of their stay. We offer dormitory style accommodation and fresh home-cooked food, so you only have to worry about enjoying yourself!

The safety and well-being guests is our number one priority and we work hard to ensure the UKSA site is safe for all visitors. We work tirelessly to ensure our safety protocols are robust and compliant to continue our exemplary safety record.

Our site has the following safety features
  • CCTV-monitored campus 24/7 and secure perimeter fences
  • Coded door access to every accommodation block
  • Night-time duty supervisors
  • Fire and safety briefings
  • Qualified First Aiders on site

A good night’s sleep

A good night’s sleep for everyone

Our accommodation has been designed to suit all groups visiting us. We make sure everyone gets a good night’s rest in our warm, self-contained single gender dormitory style rooms. Our rooms sleep 4-8 people per room, with single sex bathrooms and are housed in sole occupancy accommodation blocks. Separate accommodation is available for teachers and group leaders.
