Welcome to our waterfront base

UKSA is located on the waterfront in Cowes, with picturesque views over the River Medina. Explore the scenic Isle of Wight from our conveniently located base, with easy access to cycle tracks, bus routes and main roads. We are within walking distance of Cowes town centre – the historic sailing town with plenty of restaurants, pubs and shops to visit.

The Isle of Wight offers a unique experience to those who visit, from the ferry trip over, to exploring the many beautiful beaches, scenic countryside and historic buildings. We are confident that our beautiful island will keep you coming back for more!

Bespoke visits for groups

Tailor your visit to UKSA with our flexible approach to group bookings. Enjoy making use of all of our facilities for a full week, visit for a day, or simply using our facilities as a base for exploring the Isle of Wight. Our bespoke packages offer:
