Our flagship Superyacht Cadetship Course is a structured 4-year programmed designed to train future officers of the superyacht industry. It combines academic study, practical paid work and experience on-board superyachts enabling students to often graduate debt free.

UKSA works extensively with candidates looking to enter the superyacht sector, with a full range of courses to suit all levels. Our entry level Superyacht Deckhand Course and Superyacht Stewardess & Steward Course allow you to take your first steps into the world of superyachts.
